Tommie L. Hill
was sworn in for City Council in November 2006 and represents
Council District One. He is a former employee of the Union Public
Safety Department. |
DISTRICT 2
Harold E. Thompson has served on City
Council since November 1998 and represents Council District Two
and serves as Mayor Pro-Tem.
He is employed at WSPA-TV of Spartanburg. |
DISTRICT 3
M. Keith Henderson is serving his first term on City
Council and will be representing District Three. He is employed as
a Mechanical & Plumbing Contractor. |

Ricky Todd Harris is
serving his first term on City Council and will be representing
District Four. He is employed as an Electrical Contractor. |
DISTRICT 5
Orangelow M. Ruff was
re-elected to Council in November 2006. She represents Council District Five.
She is a retired school teacher. |
DISTRICT 6
Fran Bailey is serving
her first term on City Council and will be representing District
6. She is employed as an Accountant. |
